Actual course: 8 June 09 - 10 June 09
Location: Hwa Chong Institution
Interested cadet officers are to submit the following details to C/LTA Khalis:
1) Rank and Name
2) NRIC no.
3) School
4) Contact Number
5) Address
6) Name of NOK, Relation and Contact Number
7) Experience in PDS (to be elaborated eg; did performance at NDP)
All application must be submitted latest by 3rd May 09, 1700hrs.
Late submission will not be entertained.
