Dear Central Cadet Officers,
Half a year has passed and we would like to congratulate all Central Cadet Officers
for your commendable efforts in juggling HQ NCC District Events, National Day Parade, Asian Youth Games and other external events.
Despite the odds that we had to overcome, with a manpower of 101 Central Cadet Officers
(among the smallest in HQ NCC), we still manage to ensure the smooth running of all events for the past six months.
Our DC, CPT Dickson Ng, would share the achievements of Central Cadet Officers with Chairman NCC and the HQ Staff.
Taking them through a journey that Central Cadet Officers had embarked upon through the different changes and challenges that we had to go through to come to where we are today.
Your hard work and efforts in ensuring that the District continues to run is greatly appreciated.
Just remember to balance and juggle your time well between District events, External events and School work.
Once again, thank you for all your enthusiasm and cooperation.
