Central District Cadet Officers,
Please note that Captain Dickson has been posted to IMC with immediate effect, and Captain Luke previously from IMC will be taking over as Central's District Commander. Therefore there will be a cadet officer meeting to introduce the new District Commander and the new Training Coordination Officer at the same time, here are the details:
