Do be in proper bearing and turnout when you turn up for camps or events.
Such as hair, finger nail, uniform, boots, etc etc..
After being in NCC for at least 4 years, you people should know the proper standards for all these.
As a Cadet Officer, we should be at our tip top condition at all times when in uniform.
Failure to comply with any of the above will be send home immediately.
