1. NCC and NPCC has been handed the honor of being the 2 UGs to participate in the opening and closing ceremony of the Youth Olympics Games.
2. For the opening, we will be carrying and raising the Olympic and our State flag.
3. For the closing, we will be raising the Olympic, our state flag and China national flag. Lowering the Olympic flag, folding it and handing it over to a China official.
4. NCC needs to provide the following:
Land: 3 x girls & 2 x boys
Sea : 1 x girl & 2 x boys
Air : 1 x girl & 2 boys
6. I need the best and i am looking at you to represent our organization. The whole world will be looking at you for that 2 to 3 minutes during the opening or closing ceremony where you will be featured.
7. The criteria for this appointment is stringent and are as follows:

Venue: Lim Chu Kang Camp II (4 SIR camp) tentative - transport details will be made known later
