Central District Cadet Officers,
This is a serious message to all coming back to HQ for any reason at all. It has come to our attention that despite several warnings and reminders, there are still some Cadet Officers who fail to appear in a proper turn out. I do in fact greatly appreciate the effort and time you guys sacrifice to come back but let me make this clear once and for all that we have to set the standard and must be responsible for our turnout. This being said, if any Cadet Officer comes into HQ and is caught with unacceptable hair, he/she will be immediately sent back home regardless of excuse.
