Central District Cadet Officers,

Kindly take note that there'll be a Central Mass Meeting on 18 September, Saturday. These are the following details:

  2. Reporting time: 0930 hours
  3. Venue : District Office
  4. Attire : Civilian
The venue will be confirmed at a later timing but as for now, all will be gathering at District Office. Do spread this message to fellow Central Cadet Officers.
