- This has brought to SM NCC's attention that some of the Cadet Officers who are running camps/courses in HQ NCC were found with sporting long hair and side burns.
- By possessing such image, we are sending the wrong signal to our cadets and it also reflects very badly on HQ NCC.
- Central District is very thankful that you take your time off and volunteer to assist in our camps/courses. But kindly be mindful of your turnout and bearing before attending the event you signed up for. Failure to comply will be IMMEDIATELY DISCHARGE from duty. SM NCC will also not hesitate to order such Cadet officers to leave Campus if he happens to see it.
- Another issue being brought up by SM NCC is that after in-processing of the cadets, he do not wish to see cadets seating at the car parks and wait for other schools to report and send them to their bunks instead, as it is a disincentive for schools reporting early and also sending the wrong signal for schools which took the initiative to report early. Future Camp/Course OIC, do take note and emphasize this issue during your pre-camp briefing on Day 0.
