Specialist Course Phase 2 and 3

Central District Cadet Officers,

1. Central District would like to urge available Cadet Officers to sign up and lend your support to assist in the Specialist Course conducting next month in June.
   
   
2. Since it's held during the holiday period for JCs and most institutions, I hope to see an overwhelming response coming in to Central mail.
