Involved Officers,
The following are the administrative instructions for Specialist Course v3.11 (Phase 3) that will be held from 13 June to 15 June.
Instructions:
Reporting date & time: 12 June 2011 (Sunday), 2100hrs
Location: Cadet Officers' Admin office, HQ NCC
Attire: Civilian
Any Cadet officers who face any difficulty in reporting according to the stated time given, or require to leave camp one of the days during the course are to report to the Course OIC immediately without fail. No excuses such as FORGOTTEN will be entertained and will be blacklisted by the District with immediate effect.
Cadet Officers are to be reminded that you are NOT allowed to bring in any camera mobile phones, media/image capturing devices and any other forms of USB storage devices into any SAF Camps (i.e. HQ NCC, Pasir Laba Camp on Day 3)
Kindly be aware of your personal bearings (i.e. hair length/colour, fingernails, uniform turnout) and make sure that they are up to standard before reporting for duty (i.e. Male Cadet Officers, short and neat hair-cut. Female Cadet officers, bring along a hairnet). I do not wish to see any Cadet Officers with sloppy uniforms, long fingernails or unkempt/stylish/dyed hair. Failure to comply with the following instructions will result to immediate discharge of duty and face any other forms of consequences if required.
Kit list:
- No.4 x Sufficient amount
- Black NCC polo t-shirt x 1 (for admin purposes)
- Personal toiletries and medication x sufficient
- PT Attire x 1 set
- Admin attire x Sufficient
- Writing Materials x Sufficient
- Padlock with key (if required)
- Identification documents (i.e. IC, Student Card, Ezlink Card)
Most importantly, all Cadet Officers are to revise on topics that will be tested in the course (i.e. Trainfire, IFC)
