I have received yet another E-mail by SM regarding the mess the Cadet Officers are leaving behind. The email is as follows:
"Greetings
District Cadet Officers OIC,
Kindly take a look at the pictures and it says a thousand words.
This mess was discovered on 4 July (Mon) at the Cadet Officers bunk.
I am speechless and Commandant has seen these pictures.
I leave it to you to deliberate on your course of action.

Although this mess wasn't left by our district, many of you know what happened the last spec course. I'm convinced that if enforcement is not being placed things will get out of hand. Therefore, from today onwards, any event that requires a stay over by the Cadet officers, event OIC is to appoint a BUNK IC before the start the event itself. The bunk IC will be in charge of ensuring Cadet Officers have proper bedding items, and ensure that the state of our bunks are in proper condition at all times. If the bunk IC fails to do his job, WE WILL conduct a turn out and the bunk IC, as well as the Cadet Officers involved will have to face the fire.
