Central's Management has decided to print a new T-shirt. The Price of the T Shirt ranges from $16 to $20(depends on how many people buy the shirt) however if we can get 50 people to buy the shirt the deal will be $15 dollar per shirt without the name, $17 per shirt with the name on the collar.
