Instructions:
Reporting time: 1830 hrs (6.30pm) 19th June 2012 (Tuesday)
Location: Cadet Officer Admin Office, HQ NCC
Attire: Civilian
There will be a Pre-Camp Briefing at 1900hrs (7.00pm), Do be in camp by 1830 hrs (6.30pm)
Briefing will commence at 2130 hrs (9.30pm) SHARP, do not be late.
Any instructor who have difficulty reporting at the stated time/date, or requires to book out on any day throughout the duration of the course, please notify C/LTA Kenneth Yap as soon as possible.
All instructors are reminded NOT to bring Camera Handphones and USB Storage Devices when reporting to any SAF Camps. Please ensure your personal turnout and bearing is of acceptable standards before you report for duty. Do not turn up with long/coloured/untidy hair and sloppy uniforms.
Failure to comply to the above stated regulations will result in immediate discharge of duties.

PT Attire (Shirt + Shorts + Shoes) X 1 Set
Admin Attire X Sufficient
Writing materials X Sufficient
Padlock with key (If Required)
Personal Identification (eg. IC, Student Card)
