The application for ICEP (INBOUND) 2012 is open. ICEP (INBOUND) is an annual event where foreign cadets from all over the world gather in Singapore to interact, exchange experiences and have fun.
ICEP (INBOUND) 2012 will tentatively be from 1st to 12th December 2012. This year there will be a total of 9 countries coming over to Singapore (AUSTRALIA, BRUNEI, HONG KONG, INDIA, MALDIVES, NEW ZEALAND, THAILAND, UK, and USA)
