Central District Cadet Officers,

Kindly take note of the following administrative instructions:

Reporting date: 4^th March 2013, Monday
Reporting time: 0630HRS
Reporting attire: Pixelised No.4 with beret
Reporting location: HQ NCC, Cadet Officers’ Admin Office

I will conduct my pre-camp briefing for the day at 0650hrs SHARP. All instructors are expected to be present by the given time above. If you have difficulties reporting at the given time, do inform me in advance (i.e. at least 3 days beforehand if possible). 

The following is the suggested kit-list for the camp:

No.4 Pixelized uniform (Sufficient)
Head Dress (Jockey Cap/Beret)
Writing materials
Admin attire (sufficient)
Toiletries
Padlock with key (Strongly recommended)
Personal medication (if required)

Do be mindful that your bearing should be in tip top condition throughout the duration of the camp in order to portray a good image to the cadets (i.e. Fingernails cut, short, neat and BLACK hair, uniform with no loose threads coming out).

If you are found with inappropriate dressing, you will not be able to assume your appointment and will be asked to leave camp immediately.

Take note that if you’re in smart No.4, the head dress should be BERET only. Jockey caps are only allowed if you are in long No.4 (only required if you are involved in outdoor activities/handling weapons).

No instructors are to be found in vest slack (half No.4) unless you are assuming S1/S4 appointment.
