1. The application for ICEP-S’pore 2013 is open. It is also known as ICEP (INBOUND).
2. It is an annual event where foreign cadets from all over the world gather in Singapore to interact, exchange experiences, have fun and create goodwill amongst our youths.
3. ICEP – S’pore 2013 will be scheduled from 21st to 30th November 2013. This year, there will be a total of 8 countries be invited. There are as follow;
a. AUSTRALIA.
b. BRUNEI
c. HONG KONG
d. INDIA
e. NEW ZEALAND
f. THAILAND
g. UK
h. USA
