Central District Cadet Officers,
Sea Specialists' Course Assessment Phase 2 will be conducted on Thursday, 17th April 2014.
As such, Sea District would like to request for manpower from Central District to help out in the execution of this Specialists' Course Assessment. Cadet Officers who are interested will need to report to HQ NCC by 1100hr on Thursday, 17th April 2014, for a quick refresher.
