If any Cadet Officers are unsure if they will be able to commit to the process, they are invited to attend the meeting and interview on 27th September 2014, where more information about the attainment of the award will be shared. The details of the meeting are as follows:

- Venue HQ NCC, Theatrette
- Attire: Civilian
