The NCC Cadet Officer EXCO Handing/Taking Over Ceremony will be held on this Saturday, 1st November 2014, 1100 hrs at HQ NCC. Attire will be no. 3 with head dress.
Please be seated by 1055 hrs at NCC HQ Theatrette. Lunch is provided.
