The National Day Parade Trainer Selections will be conducted on the
13th of March 2015 at 3pm in No.4 with beret. The composition of the
Trainers are a total of 12 Cadets Officers and the breakdown are as
follows:
Land Contingent:
1 Contingent Commander
1 Reserve Contingent Commander
4 Trainers (2 Senior Cadet Officers & 2 Junior Cadet Officers)
Sea and Air Contingent:
1 Contingent Commander
1 Reserve Contingent Commander
4 Trainers (2 Senior Cadet Officers & 2 Junior Cadet Officers)
Cadet Captains are not part of the Trainer breakdown and are only allowed to come by invitational basis only.
Trainers
and Contingent Commanders are to be well versed with commands and are to be
able to execute drills swiftly and accurately. Hence, the Trainer
Selection will be focused on Command & Control and drill execution.
Trainers will also be assessed according to their turnout and bearing as Trainers are to be the benchmark for the standards and discipline that our
NDP cadets has to abide by. Especially so in the eyes of other Uniformed
Groups, the public and the NDP Organising Committee.
