The 4th Cadet Officer Executive Committee is organizing a Corps-wide initiative known broadly as Project Helping Hands. They hope to engage Cadet Officers & AMs from a wide range of backgrounds, regardless of race, school, or any other perceivable demographic.
Concurrent with this initiative will be a PSEI (Post Secondary Educational Institute) Initiative, which will see your views channeled into forming a coherent, compelling case for future Corps engagement within Junior Colleges, Polytechnics, and ITE Colleges. This is an ongoing effort at the highest levels of the Ministries of Education and Defence.

Dates for planning: Will either be on 19, 20, 26, 27 December 2015, 2 or 3 January 2016
Dates for execution: Weekends from January to February 2016.
