Central District Cadet Officers,
The Change of Command Parade for our outgoing Commandant, LTC Johny Yeo Yew Kuan will be held on 5th February 2016. As a District, we would like to give him a gift of appreciation as a form of gratitude for all that he has done for the Corps. Every Cadet Officer is required to write a note for Commandant, as all the notes will be compiled into a booklet and will be presented to him after the parade.
