Central District Cadet Officers,
The Cadet Officer EXCO consists of a group of Cadet Officers from various districts. They come together as a committee to help with the management of HQ events such as parades and courses, as well as come up with new initiatives to bring NCC to greater heights. Each year, there will be a new batch of Cadet Officers elected to be the new EXCO and when that happens, the previous one steps down.
As such, on the 17th Of August , there will be an EXCO handover ceremony at the HQ NCC and we are inviting all of you to witness the passing of the baton from the 4th EXCO to the 5th EXCO on behalf of the Central District! The details of the event is as follows:

Venue: HQ NCC, Theatrette
Attire: No.3 Uniform
Dinner would be provided at the end of the ceremony for you to mix around with Cadet Officers from other district. We really hope that you would show your fullest support to them by witnessing this event.
