Cadet Officers,
On the 12th November, there will be a cohesion for the Central District Cadet Officers. However, unlike every other cohesion, this one will be a special one as our soon-to-be District Commander, Cpt Kang, will be joining us. It is a great opportunity for him to know us better and vice versa. So, every single one of you is encouraged to come for this cohesion.
